However, from the moment the crew arrived, we knew we were in for a pleasant surprise. They all were completely on task, assessed the situation, made a plan and worked relentlessly, but carefully, until everything was packed never missing a beat. With many stairs involved, it was truly astonishing that their pace did not waver, nor did their care.
On the receiving end of the job, they placed all boxes and furniture in the correct rooms in such a manner that we could easily negotiate the space. They prepared the walkway with plastic to protect the carpet and even removed the empty boxes that I had prepared, before they left.
You have a simply stellar crew, Ms. Messinger and we couldn’t be more pleased with their performance. Thank you so much for making what could have been a stressful day into one that still has us smiling. In fact, we were so much energy left, we had ALL our boxes emptied by the next day!
