What an awesome team. I can’t say enough about this company. They have great customer service and support.
I have used them twice. The second move was quite complicated. It involved multiple locations, donations, packing and crating valuables. From start to finish the team at Cummings instilled a confidence that we could get through this incredibly difficult and emotionally charged move.
I felt like they had my back and provided an extra brain. At every turn I could go to Cesar, the lead mover and ask where did that go? The best part was when I feared I had lost my mother’s jewelry, I called and asked if it had fallen out of the file cabinet she had left it in, and I got a special message that Cesar had seen me take it out of the cabinet, put it in a briefcase and walk it to my car! I had completely blanked on that and sure enough, he was right.
Everything was in it’s place and well protected for storage and the move. The movers were adept at parallel parking a huge truck on a SF hill; they shouldered a massive cabinet up steep stairs without a nick on the walls or floors and everyone at all locations was very satisfied.
