I wanted to let you know how our move went from RDA’s perspective: basically, it was fantastic. The 7 movers arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. and worked straight through to 4:00 p.m. They were polite and on task, and patient with our ‘situation’ and our packing job. They were completely professional and did an excellent job. It is funny, because I heard horror stories from so many others when preparing for this move, but I didn’t experience anything negative, and was so pleased with the hard work and willingness of your team (as well as the excellent customer service and flexibility you showed when I phoned with our ‘situation’).
