Once you reach a certain age, it’s not OK to ask your friends to help you move… I’ve been using movers for the past 4-5 years, for across town moves as well as across the country. It’s just easier: you don’t have to but anyone you know to be at your house on-time, you don’t feel bad for making them move stuff around and you don’t have to buy them lunch/beer afterwards. Trust me, it’s worth every penny!
